Willamette Auto Detail did a fantastic job on my Mazda Miata. Their process was very thorough inside and out and even in the crevices. I highly recommend their services. Thanks very much!

I recently brought my father’s dodge Ram truck in for a complete detail as a surprise Father’s Day gift. I dropped it off on Tuesday, July 8th at closing time and picked it up on Wednesday, July 9th, also at closing. The gentleman I spoke with—who I believe is either the owner or manager—was incredibly kind and helpful. At first glance, I was very happy with the results. The truck was in rough shape, and I knew I was going to pay a higher cost to bring it back to life. I paid $445, and several parts of the job were done exceptionally well. The exterior paint, despite some wear and peeling due to age, was brought back to a nice shine, and the center console looks fantastic. The before-and-after comparison shows clear improvements, and those efforts are genuinely appreciated. However, I was disappointed with some aspects of the service that I feel didn’t reflect the level of detail promised under a “complete detail.” Once I got home and had more time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, I noticed several areas that were overlooked: • The area around the seatbelts was not cleaned at all (see attached photo). • The interior of the doors had noticeable grime that wiped off easily with

Me and my family have been getting our vehicles detailed here for a while. The cars look great when they’re finished everytime. My two favorite vehicles to take home from Willamette Auto Detail was our Camry and my Azera.

I called two other auto retailers, and neither one called me back in two hours after I found them on Google. Willamette Auto Detail was the third result, answered the phone, and im very happy new repeat customer. They scheduled me in, called me when the vehicle was ready, and the results exceeded my expectations! I have had vehicles detailed by other places in my home state, this detail was beyond anything I had. I highly recommend trying them, call at least 1 week in advance, 2-3 weeks out come spring, they'll be busy, and they do excellent work, I'll be back again!
